According to a report from Coindesk, BridgeTower Capital, a private equity firm that invests in blockchain infrastructure projects, is forming a $20 million fund with the Solana Foundation to develop the Solana ecosystem in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. 

BridgeTower CEO Cory Pugh told Coindesk that the fund, which is named Solana and BridgeTower Capital European Ecosystem Fund, is already conducting due diligence on some projects. 

Fund will support projects that build on the Solana blockchain or integrate with existing Solana applications, as well as projects that contribute to the development of the Solana ecosystem. In return, the fund will receive equity in the project or token.
