Binance.US announced on Friday that Brian Shroder has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Shroder is a former Ant Group executive.
Former CEO Brian Brooks announced his departure after only four months of his tenure with Binance.US, then Shroder was appointed as president and a member of the board of directors in September.
Binance.US also announced the appointment of Eric Segal as an interim chief financial officer (CFO) to replace Joshua Sroge, who is leaving the company. Segal has more than 25 years of experience in senior financial management positions in Fortune 500 companies and community banks.
