Cathie Wood's Ark Fund has cooperated with 21Shares AG's US subsidiary to file a Bitcoin futures ETF--ARK 21Shares Bitcoin Futures Strategy ETF -- with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), according to a public regulatory filing. The ETF will trade under the ticker "ARKA". 

ARK has cooperated with 21Shares to file for a physical Bitcoin ETF under the Securities Act of 1933. The newest application is for Bitcoin futures ETF under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The latter is the ETF preferred by SEC Chairman Gary Gensler.
