Interactive Brokers Group (Nasdaq: IBKR) introduces its cryptocurrency trading service for registered investment advisors (RIA) in the United States today.

RIA can trade and custody BTC, ETH, LTC, and BCH on behalf of clients through Paxos, the first chartered trust company under the regulation of the New York Department of Financial Services.

Interactive Brokers allow RIA to trade cryptos with lower commissions, only 0.12%-0.18% of the transaction value, depending on the monthly trading volume, and a single order has a minimum of $1.75. In addition, there are no additional spreads, markups, or custody fees.

This feature is initially available to RIAs in the United States, but the company plans to expand the function to other countries in the future.
