According to a report from U.Today, U.S. District Judge Sarah Netburn has approved a motion filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which requires Ripple to hand over audio and video files of its internal meetings.

Netburn stated that Ripple should deal with this matter as soon as possible to avoid delaying the deadline for evidence collection. The two parties must meet and negotiate to determine which exact recording best meets the plaintiff's requirements.

The SEC filed this motion in late August, requiring Ripple to provide it with internal meeting recordings.
