The Bitcoin investment company NYDIG has raised $50 million for NYDIG Digital Assets Fund VII--its seventh digital asset fund, a public regulatory filing shows.

The fund was opened on November 16, received capital from an undisclosed investor. NYDIG has a long-term cooperative relationship with traditional financial institutions. Earlier this year, NYDIG partnered with NCR to provide cryptocurrency buying services to 650 banks and financial institutions. At the end of last year, NYDIG's Digital Asset Fund I raised $50 million, and NYDIG Digital Asset Fund II raised $100 million from institutional investors.
