According to a memo by Fidelity Digital Assets, institutional clients of the investment firm will be able to trade ether beginning Oct. 28. 

The move is part of an effort by Fidelity, the parent company of Fidelity Digital Assets, to make crypto more accessible to its institutional clients. 

Fidelity launched its crypto institutional custody and trading platform Fidelity Digital Assets in 2018. The firm currently offers two crypto funds dedicated to the metaverse and digital payments, respectively.
