The arrest warrant for Daniel Shin, co-founder of Terraform Labs, has been dismissed by a South Korean court on Saturday, according to Yonhap News.
The court, in considering Shin’s behavior during the investigation, did not believe he tried to destroy evidence or possessed a flight risk, according to Yonhap.
Arrest warrants for seven other people related to the case were also dismissed for the same reason, according to Yonhap.
The arrest warrant for Do Kwon remains.
