He is trying to raise $6 at a $60 million valuation of the company, which aims to build crypto trading software for investors.

Harrison served at FTX until the end of September, about two months before FTX filed for bankruptcy.

Immediately after FTX’s implosion, FTX US halted millions of dollars worth of withdrawals.
