The Uniswap Foundation is holding a vote next week on a restructuring package that will streamline voting processes within the decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that oversees it.

One of the biggest changes involves the removal of off chain-votes that precede on-chain votes, which is aimed at eradicating low-quality proposals.

Uniswap community members have long been working to streamline governance and reduce friction within the company. The Uniswap Foundation was created out of this effort, that is, to strengthen fund management.
