Solana-based crypto exchange Raydium confirmed on Friday that it had experienced an exploit on its platform.

According to Raydium, owner authority was overtaken by an attacker, who withdrew a total of $2 million worth of cryptocurrencies from user accounts. The exchange said it has since halted authority on automated marker makers and farm programs.

Raydium is one of the premier platforms on Solana’s ecosystem.

The ecosystem was heavily hit by FTX’s collapse in November due to its strong ties with the investment firm.
