Government of Bogota, Colombia’s capital, launched on April 27 the “Bogotá Aprende TIC” program, to provide free online courses on emerging technologies, including the blockchain technology, according to a report from Cointelegraph. 

The “Bogotá Aprende TIC” program intends to strengthen innovation and support the future development of new technologies in Bogota. The courses are taught in Spanish, the official language of Colombia. Users will need an ID number of the country to access the four-week blockchain courses.
