BitPay Added Support for Binance’s Stablecoin BUSD

Bitpay, a blockchain payments company, announced today its partnership with Binance, a global cryptocurrency exchange with the largest trading volume. The crypto payment platform will adopt Binance’s stablecoin, BUSD, from today, April 27. 

All of the merchants using BitPay can now accept BUSD as a payment method. “We believe a growing number of merchants and businesses will start adopting crypto, and we are glad to provide the payment solution together with BitPay, making the process simpler and easier,” said Changpeng Zhao, founder, and CEO of Binance.

Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies that can be pegged to fiat money, which minimizes the volatility of cryptocurrencies while staying secure and efficient.
