Financial technology company Mogo announced that Coinsquare, WonderFi Technologies, and CoinSmart have successfully completed their merger, according to a press release. This merger positions WonderFi and its registered operating subsidiaries as one of Canada's largest regulated cryptocurrency investment ecosystems offering Canadians a wide array of products and services, including cryptocurrency trading, staking products, cryptocurrency payment processing, digital asset custody, and upcoming features like sports betting and gaming. Mogo is the largest shareholder of the merged company, owning around 14% of the shares.
