According to an announcement from the Libra Association on May 19, Robert Werner will bring "a wealth of regulatory, financial crime compliance and enforcement experience" from his past roles as director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
