ConsenSys Acquired Fluidity for Future Development in Token Trading Technology

Summary: ConsenSys, a blockchain software company, announced earlier today that it acquired the team and technology of its joint venture partner, Fluidity, a Brooklyn-based blockchain technology firm.

ConsenSys, a blockchain software company, announced earlier today that it acquired the team and technology of its joint venture partner, Fluidity, a Brooklyn-based blockchain technology firm. 

Major achievements of Fluidity include pioneering in real-estate tokenization and developing AirSwap, a P2P token trading platform. Engineers and experts of AirSwap will continue working on the product.

“Bringing Fluidity fully into ConsenSys will unlock powerful synergies that we have identified over the past few months. The team has built best in class token trading technology for different niches that ConsenSys can now help bring forth at scale,” said Joseph Lubin, Founder of ConsenSys.
