According to SlowMist's Chief Information Security Officer 23pds, who retweeted a post by user @Miles082510 on X platform, developer @web3_cryptoguy disguised as a Web3 tool author, providing script tools suspected of scanning local sensitive files in the background with the intention of stealing private keys, wallet files, configuration files, code, mnemonic phrases, and other critical data. These data will be secretly uploaded to anonymous servers, and users may hardly notice the entire process. Users are advised to avoid using script tools from unknown sources.
