Additionally, the foundation has appointed former executives from Block and Blockchain.com, Jason Karsh, as Chief Marketing Officer. Fernández da Ponte, who previously led PayPal's stablecoin project, is expected to drive Stellar's development in financial inclusion and asset tokenization. Data shows that Stellar's native token XLM has risen by 38% this year.
