As a result, the company's subsidiary Steel Searcher will be able to support stablecoin settlements and related activities. Steel Searcher provides digital steel trading services and international commodity business, covering multiple countries and regions. The company has signed a letter of intent with RD Holdings through Steel Searcher to establish strategic cooperation, fully supporting stablecoin settlements in its international trade business. According to the letter of intent, the preliminary intention includes cooperation in the following areas within the scope of regulatory compliance after the formal agreement is signed and relevant regulatory approvals are obtained (including approval from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority).
