According to MoneyToday, South Korean internet bank KBank has established a 'Digital Assets TF' working group to expand its Korean Won stablecoin business. The group has launched the digital asset brand 'K-STABLE' and applied for 12 trademarks including 'KSTA'. KBank plans to offer a full-process stablecoin service from issuance to payment and has participated in the Japan-Korea cross-border remittance pilot project PaxProject.
