Zhongnong Rongxin and Ed Financial Reach Cooperation to Promote Agricultural RWA and Explore Fundraising in Hong Kong

The two parties will work together to promote the tokenization of agricultural physical assets projects and explore fundraising opportunities in Hong Kong, enhancing Zhongnong Rongxin's market position in the agricultural finance and technology field.

Zhongnong Rongxin will be responsible for screening, integrating, and managing basic assets related to Chinese agriculture and rural areas, coordinating cross-regional project resources, and providing high-quality assets; Ed Financial will be appointed as its exclusive advisor in capital markets and related technologies, responsible for the tokenization structure design of all rural and agricultural product assets, real-world asset securitization and execution, as well as promoting overseas financing, mergers and acquisitions, overseas IPOs, and other related capital market transactions, providing comprehensive sponsorship and underwriting support.
