Metaplanet Inc. announced today that during the period from August 14 to 26, 2025, EVO FUND exercised a large number of Series 20 stock options, totaling 27,500,000 shares, representing 14.86% of the total issuance. At the same time, the company used the funds obtained from exercising the options to partially redeem 5,250,000,000 yen of Series 19 ordinary bonds, following multiple redemptions in July and early August, totaling 21,000,000,000 yen redeemed. After this stock issuance, the total issued shares of the company increased to 739,714,340 shares, with the remaining unexercised options reduced to 460,000 (equivalent to 46,000,000 shares).
