The company made this decision at a recent board meeting and announced the development in a press release today. It is noteworthy that the gaming company will strategically accumulate XRP from September 2025 to February 2026 over a five-month period. In commenting on this development, Gumi emphasized that the planned purchase is a strategic move aimed at enabling its participation in the XRP ecosystem. In a previous June announcement, Gumi spent approximately $6.99 million to acquire 80.352 bitcoins.
