According to Glassnode data, Bitcoin long-term holders (LTH) have recently accelerated their spending activity, with the 14-day moving average continuing to rise but still below the peak levels of October and November 2024. Last Friday saw the largest single-day sell-off this year, with approximately 97,000 BTC moved. Of these, around 34,500 coins held for 1-2 years, about 16,600 coins held for 6-12 months, and approximately 16,000 coins held for 3-5 years, with these three categories of holders accounting for around 70% of the total spending volume.
