According to reports, Metaplanet has announced that it will issue 385 million shares through international issuance at a price of 553 yen per share, with an expected total fundraising amount of approximately 2.13 trillion yen (about 14.44 billion USD). Around 1.84 trillion yen of the funds raised will be used to purchase Bitcoin, while approximately 20.4 billion yen will be allocated to Bitcoin revenue generation business. Following the issuance, the company's total shares outstanding will increase to 1.141 billion shares.
