According to on-chain analyst Murphy (@Murphychen888), the average dollar value of a single Bitcoin on-chain transaction has dropped from an average of $46,610 per transaction on December 14 to an average of $24,897 per transaction on December 30, a decrease of nearly 47%, while the Bitcoin price has remained in the range of $87,000-$88,000 during the same period.
Data shows that the concentration of Bitcoin chips has remained almost unchanged from December 25 to 30, currently at 14.4%. Murphy points out that this phenomenon indicates a decrease in enthusiasm for large capital turnover, possibly due to U.S. investors being in holiday mode, leading to a temporary reduction in market liquidity.
Analysts state that as liquidity gradually recovers, two scenarios usually occur: 1. The concentration of chips continues to rise, then suddenly drops significantly after reaching a critical point; 2. The concentration of chips directly drops significantly.
