The recent implementation of negative interest rates in Europe and Asia have been helpful to the growth of Bitcoin, as reported by cryptoslate.com.

The Federal Reserve in the United States is yet to even consider negative interest rates as a policy, Federal Reserve Chairman Powell told CNBC. However a need for stimulus following the pandemic may lead the central bank to increasing it's inflation target. 

If this happens, it could help Bitcoin look stable when compared with the dollar.
