Trading volume soars for Bitcoin(BTC) futures on the Intercontinental Exchange’s (ICE) Bakkt platform on Oct. 9.

Bitcoin’s trading reached an all-time high for the platform as they hit 224 contracts In one day. This number is 796% more than the previous days trading. This huge volume of trade was shortly followed by a $400 growth in Bitcoin’s price as it rose from $8,200 to $8,600.
