According to an official announcement, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has given the green light to the security token platform tZERO for launching its retail brokerage-trading subsidiary tZERO Markets.

The CEO of tZERO Saum Noursalehi stated," Owning our own retail broker-dealer will allow us to significantly improve the investor experience and offer the most robust and innovative marketplace for private assets."

tZERO is a fully subsidiary of American online retailer Overstock, it also runs a non-custodial crypto exchange app that supports bitcoin, ethereum and ravencoin.
