According to GlobeNewswire, the digital asset investment platform Grayscale announced today the expansion of its management team and a restructuring of the board. The company has appointed four executives from the traditional finance sector to join the management team: Diana Zhang as Chief Operating Officer, Ramona Boston as Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea Williams as Chief Communications Officer, and Maxwell Rosenthal as Chief Human Resources Officer. Meanwhile, founder Barry Silbert will take over as Chairman of the Board from Mark Shifke.
