According to reports, the Bitcoin hashrate leasing and resale platform Bitroo has been experiencing withdrawal issues since April 2024, with many users unable to withdraw their funds. Influential crypto commentator KOL CryptoFearless revealed that despite depositing 50,000 USDT, there has been no official response. It is understood that Bitroo's founder is former CEO An Xinxin. Community users have disclosed that in March 2025, Bitroo issued an official email stating that due to accidents at upstream mining farms, hashrate leasing and mining machine hosting services have been suspended. The platform promised to refund user investments in full according to the agreement.
