According to reports, Dragonfly partner Haseeb claimed that multiple bidders mentioned that, apart from Native Markets, other validators showed no interest in considering other bidders. Native Markets' proposal was almost immediately released after the USDH RFP was announced, indicating they received advance notice. Others were busy preparing their proposals over the weekend.
