Bithumb, a South Korean cryptocurrency exchange, announced that it will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals of Polygon (POL) tokens starting from 17:00 on October 8th (Beijing time) to support the mainnet upgrade. The upgrade for Polygon (POL) mainnet is expected to take place at 21:36 on the same day (Beijing time). Bithumb stated that trading services for POL will continue as usual during the suspension period. Deposits and withdrawals will resume after network stability is achieved, with the specific timing to be announced later.
