According to reports, Hong Kong-listed company Yilu Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Yilu Graphite Limited and Goldpay Limited signed a cooperation agreement on October 10, 2025, to issue a practical blockchain voucher (code 76 or V76) on Ethereum, with a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens. The tokens will be listed on cryptocurrency exchanges immediately after issuance, allowing 24-hour trading with mainstream stablecoins.

Earlier this year, Yilu Holdings announced the issuance of nearly 20 million Hong Kong dollars in convertible bonds for Web3 development.
