The investigation should cover whether the trading system experienced downtime or delays causing users to be unable to trade, whether all trading pricing is consistent with the index, the setup of trading monitoring and anti-money laundering (AML) mechanisms, and whether the internal trading team was effectively isolated. He pointed out that the $20 billion liquidation has harmed a large number of users, and regulatory agencies have a duty to protect consumers and ensure market integrity.
