Prosecutors allege that she transferred at least 156,000 New Zealand dollars (approximately 94,000 US dollars) from her mother's account to a cryptocurrency platform in the year leading up to the incident, only recovering 88,000 New Zealand dollars, resulting in a loss of 68,000 New Zealand dollars.
