According to sources, EU officials stated on Tuesday that the 15% tariff imposed on EU goods entering the US is all-inclusive, including most favored nation rates, unlike some other countries with agreements with the US. The official mentioned that the 15% tariff applies to all goods except for steel and aluminum. Currently, drugs and semiconductors have zero tariffs, but if these goods are increased due to the US 232 investigation, tariffs will not exceed 15%. This 15% cap also applies to automobiles and auto parts. There are no quotas or restrictions on automobiles and auto parts.
