The alert stated, 'These platforms have not obtained permission, registration, or authorization from the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, and are not allowed to operate in the Philippines or solicit investments from the public.' The alert also added, 'Their unauthorized actions expose Filipino investors to significant risks.'
